A fresh nose with barely ripe green apples and pears. Notes of lemongrass, ginger, and lime zest shine through. A distinct palate that retains the purity of the fruit, even with a lighter body. Fresh, zesty, and a ripe acidity. There is a wonderful length to the finish.
