2017 Montenidoli, Il Templare, Toscana IGT, Italy Piri Naturel 2019 Colete80% Vernaccia, 15% Trebbiano gentile, 5% Malvasia bianca Sourced from their Templare vineyad consisting of lay with limestone and marine sediment soils Only free run juice vinified in old, neutral barriques. Then aged for 12 months in neutral barriques followed by an additional 12 months in glass lined cement
