2024 Guillaume Lafon, Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru, Cote de Beaune, France Los Angeles River Wine Company melon is harvested by handHandharvested from Lafons sustainably farmed plots on the steep, southeastfacing limestone slopes of the CortonCharlemagne Grand Cru. Grapes undergo wholecluster pressing followed by traditional fermentation and full malolactic conversion in barrel. The wine is aged 810 months in 100% new French oak before racking into stainless steel for 6 months
