The bouquet is spicy, with masses of crushed blackberries laced with sour citrus and a hint of dusty dried violets to contrast. It floods the palate with textures of pure velvet, yet the feel is medium bodied, as ripe red berries mingle with saline minerals to add balancing tension. Just when I think its going to clamp down
