2024 Vinos Pijoan 'Pobre Diabla' Guadalupe Red, Mexico Fronton de Oro fermented on skins spontaneously in80% Grenache 20% Moscatel Fermented separately due to vintage. Both macerated for about a week. Fermentation in steel. 50% whole cluster, 50% crushed. While still fermenting it was pressed, blended, and aged in barrel for 8 months.
