Giovanni Rosso Barolo Cerretta 2020 SPBURGUNDY This is the bottle FevreCerretta is one of the great crus of Serralunga d'Alba, and Davide Rosso who took over from his father Giovanni in the early 2000s has emerged as one of its most exciting interpreters. The Rosso family has farmed here for over a century, and Davide's modern traditional touch has rocketed the domaine into the top tier of Barolo producers. Fruit from roughly 30 year old vines on marly calcareous soils is fermented in concrete, then aged 24 months in
