Silene subciliata Phytolacca the inside of the spatheSilene subciliata is a rare endemic, native to only a few locations in sandy, disturbed lowlands in remote parts of east Texas and west Louisiana. It lives in the boonies, obviously from embarrassment over being bald the only hairless silene we've ever seen. We've adopted it and are thrilled to share, thanks to an excellent seed crop.
