2023 Theo Dancer Bourgogne Aligote, Burgundy, France Domaine Felettig this wine will keep youDance's plot of Aligote it situated in Nantoux. Hand harvest, the wine is pressed and put directly into barrel. Once fermentation is complete it is unracked until winter. Then racked into stainless to settle before bottling.
