Acid Blend - 10 Lb. Herbs & Spices and products with a hotThis is a blend of the three primary acids found in fruit. Contains: 50% Citric acid, 25% Malic acid and 25% Tartaric. All in granulated form. Experiments have shown that acid deficient musts in most cases do better when a blend of these acids are added as opposed to just using one of them.
