made from the steep monopole (100% domaine owned vineyard) of Cevins
2021 Domaine Fond Cypres 'Cypres de Toi' Rouge, Languedoc-Roussillon, France Makarounas About 35% ABV60% Syrah, 30% Grenache Noir, 10% Carignan. Fermented for 3 weeks in concrete with levage in Flextank (porous egg). Seriously quaffable, this zero zero blend is medium bodied with firm, but gentle tannins.
