It began as something very exotic

all the grapes are gently pressed by hand slowly for about 20 hours

The wine is bottled without fining or flitering and with its only small dose of sulfur

2024 Envinate 'Palo Blanco', Canary Islands, Spain Moreau-Naudet AGING: one year in large100% Listan Blanco. Vines over 100 years from 4 towns in Valle de La Orotava planted between 400 850m. Fermented in concrete, aged in foudre and used barrels for about 10 months.
