Its door stays open when employees take ice out so that they can scoop with one hand and hold the container with the other. An internal scoop holder keeps the scoop out of the ice, preventing hands from contacting ice and contaminating it. Ice melts slowly since the door is foam insulated and retains cold air. The exterior of the Koolaire K 400 ice bin has a stainless like finish that
