2021 Borgo del Tiglio Collio Friulano Friuli, Italy Andrea Felici Tiny yieldsFrom hillside vineyards in Brazzano, Collio, grown on ponca (marl and sandstone) soils. Hand harvested, fermented with native yeasts in large acacia casks, aged on lees without btonnage. The 2021 is textured yet precisealmond, yellow plum, and saline mineral notes. A quietly powerful expression from one of Friulis master craftsmen.
