2019 Stefan Vetter Steinterrassen Riesling Franken, Germany St. George Spirits Shibata ShuzoStefan's Riesling has been stripped of all sweetness and is actually bone dry. Slim in the mouth, with astringent acidity and extremely striking meager minerals. Immense grip. This is from an older vine parcel on limestone and sandstone soils in Stefan's home turf village of Gambacher.
