2018 Day Wines 'Belle Pente Vineyard' Chardonnay Yamhill-Carlton District, USA Catalonia fruits and vegetables100% Chardonnay sourced from the Belle Pente vineyard. Grapes were direct pressed into stainless steel for one night. After settling, the juice was racked off of the lees into neutral French oak for fermentation. Aged 22 months in barrel.
