It is a FR stretch fleece and passes all specifications for No Melt No Drip. Kenyon F R shield Layer 3 will provide excellent moisture management, insulation, and comfort when worn in intermediate to cold weather environments. Layer 1 or Layer 2 can be worn in combination with the stretch fleece for protection in extremely cold weather situations.
