These varieties are co-fermented and de-stemmed and open fermented while left on skins for 2 -3 weeks through its entire fermentation

2018 Mount Eden Vineyards 'Domaine Eden' Cabernet Sauvignon Santa Cruz Mountains, USA Austria from which it derives itsA true Bordeaux blend encompassing the top five Bordeaux grapes varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon (82%), Merlot (11%) and Cabernet Franc (4%) with small additions of Petit Verdot and Malbec. The lots are fermented separately using natural fermentations, and aged in 50 50 French and American oak (2 5 years old) for 2 years. No fining or filtration conducted prior to bottling, just like the Estate regimen.
