The Chardonnay is grown on the family's organic estate in the high Peneds and gives the wine real flesh orchard fruit, a creamy texture, a fine and persistent bead while the Parellada keeps it airy instead of heavy. A minimum of 18 months on the lees, often longer, builds a hint of pastry underneath.
