Founded in 1997 but rooted in family tradition dating back to the 1890s, the Carr brothers now farm 21 hectares of biodynamic, organically managed vineyards across Champagne. This cuve is hand harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged for two years in 228 L
