2014 Chateau de Fonsalette (Rayas) Cotes du Rhone Blanc, Rhone Valley, France Les Bidules The breathtaking rosé80% Grenache Blanc (planted in 1957 1972), 10% Clairette (planted in 1950s 1967), 10% Marsanne (planted in 1978, 1980 1987). Fermented in old oak casks with native yeast for three months, followed by stainless steel aging for 11 months.
