2024 Romain Le Bars 'Les Vestides', Vin de France Alice L'Estrange Combe du DessusA blend of 60% Cinsault and 40% Grenache from clay limestone soils in Tavel. Whole cluster carbonic maceration for 10 days, followed by 10 months of aging in neutral demi muids. No fining or filtration; minimal sulfur added at bottling. Bright and juicy, with crushed red berries, floral lift, and a supple, energetic finish
