2023 Weingut Wasenhaus, Weissburgunder Mohlin , Baden, Germany El Dorado The 2022 Hirsch East RidgeA Pinot blanc grown on very steep slopes, a southeastern exposure and an old limestone terraced vineyard on the Olberg above the Mohlin creek, all worked manually by hand. The vines are planted in the 1950s with mainly Pinot blanc but you can find mixed in between some Chardonnay and Chasselas vines too.
