2018 Domaine de l'Octavin "Hip Hip J" VDF Poulsard Ireland A vibrant palatePoulsard from Arbois guided by Alices touch. The grapes were destemmed and fermented on the skins for ten days, before being pressed off to cuve for a years rest. A beautiful shade of brick in the glass, this has soaring aromas of red fruits, blood orange and spice, a hint of tannin and a zippy, invigorating finish.
