Soil Calcareous clay with sandstone. Viticulture Hand harvested. Practicing organic. Practicing biodynamic. Vinification Fermented in stainless steel using the submerged cap (cappello sommerso) method. 30 35 day maceration. Aging Aged for twelve months in Slavonian oak botti.
