This was one of the star plants at the 2000 American Hosta Convention in Minnesota

a dramatic garden specimen

and no need to worry about unwanted seedlings as this cultivar is sterile

Lycoris albiflora Summer Passion Sabal This superb cast iron plant(aka: Lycoris x elsiae) Lycoris x albiflora 'Summer Passion' is our 2019 release of another great selection of the hybrid between Lycoris radiata and Lycoris aurea. The 20" tall stalks pop from the ground in very early September (NC), topped with frilly flowers that emerge yellow with peach tips and age to a lovely creamy white so lovely en masse.
