The arm pad attaches to the crutch with 2 Velcro brand straps. The hand pad attaches with one Velcro brand strap. Machine washable. We recommend Eucalan Woolwash for cleaning. Arm Pad measures approximately 23 cm long x 10 cm wide (9" x 4") Hand Pad measures approximately 13 cm long x 10 cm wide (5" x 4") Fits around a 11. 5 cm (4 1 2") circumference
