Pear, dried flowers, chamomile and spice are all nicely layered. Soft contours wrap it all together in style. Consisting of 100% Meunier from a biodynamically farmed site in Fossoy, this was aged in barrels mostly made from trees in the surrounding forest. The 2018 is a bit lighter than some recent years, but there is plenty of subtle intensity
