Whole cluster Syrah, vinified in stainless steel and aged thirty to thirty six months in foudre and demi muids before bottling. It is, quite simply, a ferocious and uncompromising wine an uninhibited expression of the appellation's smells and flavors: red plum, blackberry, iron, pepper and rose petal, full bodied and deeply structured with outstanding length.
