2022 Weingut Wasenhaus, Spatburgunder 'Kanzel', Baden. Germany La Ferme Des Sept Lunes crushed and fermented spontaneously withA Pinot Noir grown on limestone clay soil in Kirchhofen and Pfaffenweiler. Grown on steep slopes with a west orientation and worked mainly manual, the vines are French and German clones w some selection massale. Fermentation with 40% whole clusters, in the beginning as a carbonic maceration and afterwards in a classic open vat fermentation with some punch downs. Aged in mainly used French oak barrels for 16 months.
