2024 Domaine de la Grange aux Belles 'Les moyens du Bord', Loire, Vin de France Granicera “We’re old school but IFrom biodynamicallyfarmed Chenin Blanc grown on shale and clay soils around Soulaines sur Aubance, the grapes undergo whole cluster pressing, spontaneous fermentation in used barrels and tanks, and are bottled unfined and unfiltered with very low sulfur. Pear, white peach and quince with lime blossom and chalky mineralitybright acid and subtle texture making it quietly compelling.
