Victoria Torres Sin Titulo (Malvasia/Albillo), La Palma, Spain (2022-2023) Vino Figura 2023 Oso RougeA blend of wine from 2022 and 2023, with Albillo from 2022 that took time to finish fermenting in concrete and around 35% Listn Blanco from the south from 2023, two wines she didnt like on their own and found that they complemented each other. Here, the wine benefits from the acidity from Albillo and has the spicy note from Listn and a dry, chalky, stony and mineral mouthfeel. 3,340 bottles produced.
