2021 Clos du Tue-Boeuf Cheverny Rouge 1.5L Magnum, Loire, France Sud-Ouest aged on fine lees95% Pinot Noir 5% Gamay. Normally, Tue Boeuf vinifies and bottles three separate estate Cheverny Rouge wines: Rouillon, Caillres and Gravotte. But the challenging 2021 vintage made that impossible, so what fruit they could harvest from these three sites was made into a more broadly named Cheverny Rouge.
