2022 Mersel Wine, Love Letter, Bekaa Valley, Lebanon Carboniste 2017 Michel Chevre Clos de70% Marini and 30% Merwah Laila Maghathe makes this wine under the Mersel Wine label. Laila previously worked with Lucy Margaux in Austraila. She now splits her time between between South Austraila and Lebanon making wine in both places. Love letter was first made in 2021, as a homage to her roots. 2022 is briny with crunchy red fruit, and wonderful texture. Pair with salad or oysters on a half shell!
