• Practicing Organic• 100% Pinot Noir• Sourced from Kings Ridge Vineyard (West Sonoma Coast AVA)• South facing site• Hard sandstone & quartz soils• Hand-harvested• 100% Native yeast fermentation• 40% whole cluster• Aged 12 months in 25-30% new French oak• Put back into used barrels for an additional 3-6 months• 12

followed by 6-12 months blending in tank

2023 Weingut Jager Ried Steinriegl Riesling Federspiel, Wachau, Austria Portugal The Winninger from steep terracesThe vines grow on the south westerly flank of the Vorder Seiber. The soil developed out of lime, silicate and marble and is only found in this part of Weienkirchen. The grapes are crushed and after being pressed left to ferment in steeltanks. After 3 months the wine is filtered and bottled at the beginning of Febuary.
