At our farm
2021 Nathan Kendall Cabernet Franc, Finger Lakes, USA Pedres Blanques quartzes and numerous ferrous mineralsPre order item. Expected to land early May 2025. Grown on silt loam soils of Seneca Lake, grapes are hand harvested and fermented with some whole cluster in the bins. Fermented till dry and aged in neutral French oak barrels for just under a year.
