so the vines are able to go very deep to get their nutrients and don’t suffer any hydric-stress during the hot summer months

Vinification: 50% whole cluster, ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel, aged for 18 months in 228 and 600 L barrels (some new), minimal added SO2. 1 btl limit.
