A brilliant old vines Chardonnay grown in clay limestone soils. Very low yields. The wine is raised in demi muids without any intervention and without and addition of SO2, for around 2 years. During this time the casks are topped off (ouill) to avoid oxidation. Bottled without fining or filtering.
