a bit of botrytis but not stinky
Nothing overdone here
But it’s admirably persistent
The 2010 was a hard act to follow
Latour Martillac Blanc Size:12x750ml a bit of botrytis butThe 2014 La Tour Martillac Blanc has a fresh and quite vibrant bouquet with light red apple, fresh pear and granitic aromas. The palate is well balanced with fresh acidity, with good weight on the stem ginger, quite saline finish. This is certainly one of the better dry white Bordeaux in this vintage. Tasted blind at the annual Southwold tasting. Neal Martin
