One can position his swinging arms to stay in a posefists raised, or arms over head as if just declared champion! Early 20th c. or so I believe, with the dowel firmly stuck in him, making for easy hanging when not being danced around! 9 5 8 t x 9 7 8 d with dowel. Very good condition. Dowel
