Gorgeous Old Handmade Dominoes Set with Brass Spinners in Original Box storage canisters Kachinas dolls were traditionally madeThere is a hand drawn French flag on the side of the old wooden slide top box housing these old dominoes in addition to the name Mr. Geo Barnes, written large in pencil across the lid so I have to think they are French, and would guess late 19th c or so. Their super painterly surfaces appear to be thickly applied enamel, with inset dots, and brass spinners at the center, which work great for setting them spinning. I think they're just gorgeous,
