HMS Thrush, British 1st class gunboat mb-code 42-17306766 4th February 1976HMS 'Thrush', British 1st class gunboat, c1890 c1893. Launched in 1889, HMS 'Thrush' saw action in the 40 minute Anglo Zanzibar War in 1896. She was also on active service during the Boer War. 'Thrush' was wrecked off Glenarm, Northern Ireland, in 1917 while serving as a salvage vessel.
