Painterly Mid 20th Century Kodak Real Photo/Photogram Postcard of Leafy Stalk Seattle where he was a professorLovely, with a sort of lustre finish to this Kodak real photo postcard, which somehow enhances it sense of objecthood, making it feel almost like wax resist and ink. I presume made as a photogram, with the stalk placed against paper onto which the chemicals had been applied by brush, hence the bleed around the edges. Rich tonality, feels lush I've been trying to photograph photographs from a a few different angles, as I have here, to try to give as
