Ilmberger uses pre impregnated carbon fibre matrices for its high quality carbon components. The fibre volume is defined and the orientation of each layer specified. The matrix is then hand laminated without air inclusions and coated with a protective finish. After curing in the autoclave, the carbon components meet the highest standards and withstand extreme loads.
