I have found one other Arts & Crafts copper watering can with a silhouette like this one's

This stoneware vase was hand thrown then pressed on four sides to give it a faceted yet still very organic form

Along the left edges of the backsides are button closures

There is some wear to the lacquer around the rims on the top and bottom of the box

Fine Large Turned Wood Clothespin beautiful Japanese lacquer box I have found one otherThis is the most beautiful clothes pin I think I've ever seen. And it is oversized, making it feel all the more a special object. I'd probably use it on my desk to hold a pile of clippings or drawings together, or it would certainly make for a very elegant way to seal a big bag of potato chips! 7" long x 5 8" wide x 1 2" deep and in excellent condition, with just very light wear. I'd guess it dates to the very early 20th century.
