Jean-Claude Bessin, Chablis Fourchaume Piece Comte Size:12x750ml freshness and an elegant dose(this is essentially an old vines Fourchaume). Subtle but not invisible wood sets off a similar aromatic profile. There is however noticeably better density to the beautifully textured medium weight flavors that display excellent length on the balanced, clean, dry and youthfully austere finale. This is excellent and well worth exploring.
