Fresh, bright, light but with a clear tannic structure. Young, but sophisticated. Notably light ruby in color. Sottimano produces beautiful wines in the Piedmont region of Italy. This one is 100% Brachetto from a small vineyard, "Mat" in the Comune di Neive. Unfined, unfiltered. Indigenous yeasts. Stainless Steel. Piedmont, Italy
