Japanese Clown Papier Mache and Cloth Vintage Hand Puppet hanging bat sculpture they would add a bitA few months ago I found a wonderful Japanese cat hand puppet (which immediately sold) that was clearly made by the same maker as this terrific clown and I will continue to hunt for more of the like as I am completely in love with them! With a hand painted papier mache head and a body sewn of two complementary brown and white patterned fabrics, I find it just completely charming. I believe it dates to the 1940s or so, and is ready to be used for a
