and could still be used that way

Your French may be better than mine, but I take the text as describing the daily flow of life for the spider capturing its prey in the morning, eating mid day, then spinning its web at night with hope toward the next day's catch. On and on, just like the structure of the web (and so much of life!) itself. Terrific graphic of the spider at the center of its web, perfectly
