Embossed Leather Trinket Box aboriginal clap sticks Her mother was a MackenzieJust a nice little embossed leather, fabric lined box, I think fairly old and likely Italian. I'd guess there was once more vivid color on the top one can still see some red, and the gold painted border near the age remains pronounced but I like how it has faded and darkened with age. There is some wear to the leather especially around the bottom edge and bottom, and some wear and staining to the fabric lining, but overall in good vintage condition
