Mitchell is assisted by Craig Blundell on drums and Nick Beggs on bass. The album features several guest appearances, including Marillion vocalist Steve Hogarth, Go West vocalist Peter Cox, Touchstone vocalist Kim Seviour, a duet with folk singer Heather Findlay, a striking guitar solo on Humans Being by Nik Kershaw
